My Journey
At 4, I already knew which buttons to press in DOS to launch Prince of Persia. I couldn't read yet, but that didn't matter. :)
I was coding as a teenager. Then in my twenties, I realized something: "programming" people is way more exciting. Less predictable, sometimes it pulls you underwater, but when it clicks – that's something. That's how I became a coach.
Then I discovered you can make it even more complex: teams, organizations, cultures. Years at Visa and LogMeIn taught me how collaboration works (and doesn't work) at scale. That's how I became an agile coach and facilitator.
And AI? After 30 years, I finally see how different programming is today. The speed it gives to those who learn to use it. Now I bring both worlds together—building AI automations that save teams 20+ hours a week, while coaching the leaders who turn that reclaimed time into real impact.
What I Believe
Technology alone doesn't transform organizations—people do. And people alone can't scale without the right systems. The magic happens at the intersection: when you automate the repetitive so humans can focus on what only humans can do—leading, creating, connecting, and growing.
