Session I: Introduction - Basics
In the introductory session you will get to know your class-mates, and through a series of highly interactive exercises, you will discover the very basics of personal goal sessions.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the basics of personal goal setting
- Develop awareness of the benefits of setting daily goals and their impact on productivity and motivation.
- Understand the importance of prioritising their goals
- Explore typical obstacles and strategies to staying committed to daily goals.

Session II: Going Beyond One Day - Goal Hierarchies
This session focuses on keeping the big picture in mind, and on how to systematically make progress.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the importance of setting mid and long-term goals in addition to daily goals for sustained growth and success.
- Learn strategies for breaking down long-term goals into manageable milestones and actionable steps.
- Develop skills in prioritizing and sequencing tasks to effectively work towards longer-term objectives.
- Explore techniques for maintaining focus and motivation over extended periods while working towards larger goals.
- Apply goal-setting principles to create a roadmap for achieving mid and long-term aspirations, incorporating flexibility and adaptability.
Session III: Action Planning and Time Management
This session focuses on breaking down outcome-driven goals into actionable steps in the everyday.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the importance of action planning and time management in achieving goals effectively.
- Develop skills in prioritization to focus on actions that contribute most to goal achievement.
- Explore techniques for managing time effectively and minimizing distractions.
- Foster a sense of accountability by committing to implementing and following through with action plans.
- Reflect on personal time management habits and explore opportunities for improvement.
- Cultivate a proactive approach to goal pursuit by integrating action planning and time management techniques into daily routines.

Session IV: Sustaining momentum - Discipline
Our third session will focus on keeping yourself in the loop for the long run, staying committed and recovering from setbacks quickly.

- Develop resilience in the face of setbacks and challenges encountered during goal pursuit.
- Identify and apply strategies for maintaining motivation and momentum over the long term.
- Learn techniques for bouncing back from setbacks and recommitting to goals with renewed energy.

- Build a support network and accountability system to stay on track and overcome obstacles.
Session V: Connecting the Dots Horizontally - Goal Stacking
This module focuses on relating the unrelated. In this module we are going to focus on a practice that allows you to speed up your progress through chaining multiple goals together.
Learning objectives:
- Understand the basics of goal stacking.
- Develop awareness on how goal setting may speed up your progress.
- Build up the first stack/stacks in your goal hierarchy.
This session includes a homework.
Session VI: In Flow
In this module we are going to learn about deep work and flow.
Learning objectives:
- Understand what flow is and how it is relevant from goal setting perspective.
- Learn and understand the flow cycle.
- Learn about some of the criteria and triggers to enter flow state.
This module contains homework.
Lecture
Each of our classroom event blends slides with small-room exercises and big-room discussions, to elevate learning.
Homework
Between classes, there is always homework. Some of the homework exercises are one-off, but some of them are meant to last forever as a habit.
You are a grown up. You can decide if you go with a homework or not. I can only support you - with accountability partners for example -, but ultimately it is always your choice if you go with it.
After-the-Call Emails
After each sessions, you are going to receive a carefully curated list of relevant materials as recommended readings.
Some of these are blog posts, TED talks, podcast episodes, book recommendations, websites, etc.
The goal of these materials are to keep the topic in the front of your mind, and to elevate your transformation.

1. What is the total time commitment and weekly schedule for this masterclass?
You will attend six live sessions, each 1.75 hours long, delivered once per week over six weeks; plan on dedicating about 90 minutes per week to live class time, plus optional homework.
2. Who is the content tailored to?
This masterclass is designed around a general goal-setting framework, but the examples and exercises are fully adaptable to business contexts. You can easily apply the techniques to team OKRs, project planning, and leadership alignment.
3. What measurable results can I expect in terms of ROI, productivity gains, and team performance?

Recordings of every session are archived and made available via email within 48 hours of each class, so you can review missed material at your own pace. (If timing is not good for you, please send me a message!)

Your instructor is András Iványi a Performance Neuroscience Certified Coach (by Flow Research Collective), Agile coach with over 10 years of experience helping teams and leaders in from startups to enterprises like VISA to operate more effectively and efficiently.
7. What is the cohort size, and will I be learning alongside peers in similar leadership roles?
Each cohort is capped at 8 participants, ensuring you work alongside a small group of peers—ideal for sharing real-world business challenges and building a supportive network.
8. What is the refund or cancellation policy if my schedule changes unexpectedly?
We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the first session. After the course begins, refunds are prorated based on sessions attended. (Feel free to reach out if you need an exception.
9. Do participants receive a certificate of completion or continuing professional education credits?
At this time, we do not offer formal CPE/PDH credits or certifications.
