My core approach to coaching is Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis (TA). It is a powerful tool for self-awareness, personal growth, and transformation. By recognizing and understanding the dynamics of these ego states, individuals can gain insights into their own patterns of thinking, feeling, and interacting with others. This awareness allows clients to identify and challenge limiting beliefs, break free from unhelpful behavioral patterns, and make conscious choices that align with their goals and values. As a coach, I use TA concepts to help clients improve their communication skills, resolve conflicts, and cultivate healthier relationships both personally and professionally. Overall, TA enriches the coaching process by providing a deeper understanding of human behavior and offering practical tools for personal and interpersonal growth.
